Intense plum yellow in colour, the nose has perfumed aromas of ripe fruit, raisins with hints of jam and notes of ageing. In the mouth, an intense flavour that contrasts sweetness and freshness.

Origin:
Can Fontanals, Les Timbes. A relatively small vineyard planted in 1999 with exceptional characteristics for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The soils are draining, not very fertile, with a clay loam texture, rough and dry soils that welcome the vines willing to suffer. The result is grapes that produce a wine with body, character, structure and concentration.

The year began with little water and was reminiscent of previous harvests, but from January onwards things changed. It did not stop raining, not heavily but consistently, and ended up being the rainiest spring since 1969. This led to the appearance of mildew outbreaks that were difficult to control. It was a year of hard work and effort in the vineyard. A mild spring and hot summer significantly advanced the harvest, which, due to the generous rainfall of the year, was abundant and of good quality.
